Hey, thanks for the feedback.

Yes, we all feel very badly about the negligent discharge, especially the guy who did it. He's a really great guy and a good friend. And, he does know better. Nobody feels worse about it than he does.

We actually just updated our Exploding Targets Manual with a new recipe that will work with .22s and shotguns! Its hot though, you've gotta be careful with it for sure.

Eric, My 15 Year oLd son and I rally enjoyed your segment on "Recreation Nation". I have only one comment: Whay would the guy that had the "Premature Discharge" have hhis finger on his trigger? I have been a hunter education and Fire Arms instructor in the State of Kansas for 28 years, and that is one enexcusable incident. For the most part, the segment was very enjoyable and entertaining, and you guys really know how to have FUN. Just take the time to tell the folks that handle any firearm, not to even put thier finger near the trigger, until the second or two, before they are ready to fire the firearm.
Do you have any Idea what the guy from Missouri is using to get ignition with the shotgun?
Thanks,
Champdriver

Wow Just saw wreckreation nation. Read the other posts about the blurred shirts. Well, they did a lousy job considering thats how a few of us found you. Too bad the folks lied about letting you advertise, makes me not want to watch them anymore. Will definitely be buying some material. Can't wait to do some target fun!

Great show, guys! I love blowing stuff up like that with friends as well. When our group gets done blowing up everything from hard drives to detergent bottles, area cows don't give milk for a week! FANTASTIC!

Hey Kevin.

Yes, you are very right. What is really tragic is that normally everyone there was a very thoughtful and safe shooter. Of course, there never really is a good excuse for poor handling of firearms, so certainly none will be given. Everyone involved that was responsible feels absolutely horrible and rightfully ashamed.

That the Discovery Channel chose to highlight that rather than the many, many awesome things that happened that day is also disappointing. There were so many things blown up that weren't shown, so that they could save room in the show for something negative that brought the whole experience down. When we signed up to do this, they promised that they wouldn't do anything to embarrass any of us or to make anyone look foolish and then they chose to focus on that one part. They also promised that we could wear the shirts and advertise our website and they broke that promise too. So much for integrity.

I think you have a cool product and i would love to try some exploding targets, but i was shocked by your lack of gun safety. In a time that gun laws are closing in i dont think making gun guys look irresponsible and dumb on national tv is a good idea. One slam fire looks bad, but followed by a shot due to stupidity and lack of trigger control. realy? Finaly i realise the 20rnd mag in the mini-14 COULD be legal in Cali. IF its pre-ban but i personaly woundn't be showing it off on tv regardless, but thats just me.
